Shipping Locations

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in Canada.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option:

Accessories

Accessories are FREE to be delivered and it will take about 3-10 working days for them to arrive.

Note: Accessories ordered with e-scooters may come in separate deliveries since they come from different warehouses, including helmets, seats, or other items.

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you order it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate shipments for each order. Delivery will typically take 3 to 7 business days. When force majeure occurs, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed promptly when the weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@iscooterglobal.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible, as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.

Order Tracking

Once you place an order, you'll receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. After your item is shipped, you'll get a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the order status, and package tracking numbers for the shipped items. To check the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

Kindly Note:

1. Can I change my shipping information?


If you need to change the address, please contact us in time, we can modify the order for you before the order is shipped. If you fail to change your address in a timely manner, any risks arising from the incorrect address will be at your own expense. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

2. How can I confirm my order and obtain the tracking number?


After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number. This notification will be sent to the email address you provided. It may take a few days after the order is dispatched for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system. If the tracking information has not yet appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

3. Holiday Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders during November and December, please allow extra business days for order processing and delivery.

Although we try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, orders placed before December 18 will only be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

For orders placed after December 18, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

4. What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, or if the package has been received by a stranger, please contact our service team for assistance within 3 business days. We will help you provide logistic vouchers to the logistics company.
