Warranty

Important, please read:
iScooter provides our customers with a local Canada-based facility to provide warranty and related repair services for specific products to ensure a fast and efficient turnaround. However, some models require shipping directly to the manufacturer for warranty service or repair.
This Limited Warranty covers all defects in product materials and workmanship that arise from your normal use of the product. In the event of a defect covered by this limited warranty, iScooter will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. The applicable period of the limited warranty starts from the original purchase date of the product by an iScooter customer and applies to the product in the following ways:

During the maintenance period, the freight will be paid by oneself

Non-Warranty Terms
1. Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer, or from purchasing from a retailer that is distributing the product outside their authorized market.
2. Damage caused by improper packaging, mishandling during shipment for warranty service, use of products, or any modification to the products. 
3. Damage to the product from misuse, neglect, or failure to adhere to the instructions in the owner’s manual.
4. Damage caused by overloading/excessive weight, attempting tricks, running into obstacles such as curbs or walls, prolonged exposure to rain, or submersion in water.
5. Starting or stopping too quickly (over-accelerating / over-decelerating) or exceeding the maximum speed of the product.
6. Climbing or descending hills too quickly.
7. Any damage or breakage of electrical components and/or materials caused by non-manufacturing defects.
8. Processes for warranty repairs and fee-based repairs.
