Unable to accelerate?
1. For your safety, by default, we designed this "Non-zero startup" so that it only needs one initial speed to start. Or you can connect the "Minibot" APP, then, if you turn on Zero Start.
2. Error code (visible on LCD), please contact us to replace the throttle.

Unable to power on?
1. Unplug your charger from the port, then click the power button to turn on your iScooter electric scooter.
2. Use the multimeter to measure the voltage of the battery. If the voltage is from 30 to 42V, it means there is no problem with the battery. If the voltage is lower than 30V, the scooter may not be turned on.
Not charging?
1. Check your charging cable and charging port for signs of damage, like breakage. Don't use damaged accessories.
2. Use the 220V ACA of the multimeter to measure the voltage of the charger and charger port. If there isn't reading, your scooter probably needs to have the charger or charger port. If there is a reading, it probably needs to replace the battery.
Your iScooter electric scooter seems to make noise?
It may be the disc brake noise. To remove the disc brake noise: First, make sure the scooter is turned off.
1. Loosen two screws on the pump (not the screw on the rocker).
2. Adjust the position of the disc brake pump to ensure that the brake disc is in the middle of the two brake pads.
3. Keep the brake disc and brake pad from touching each other.
4. Hold the disk brake pump in the desired position, then retighten the screws on the pump. Or contact customer service to get an operation video.

I've already got a mountain bike and a new electric ... But with gas ⛽ prices soaring and this🛴on sale I self justified another mode of transport.
I9M seemed to check all the boxes for me and ... I am 90% content ... Which is really good for a fairly entry level machine.
Good braking, good acceleration, good looking, good price ... So ... Where is the 10% discontent? Right where you would expect it to be ... battery 🪫 life.
I went around the perimeter of the town, in eco mode, avoided any serious grades, weigh 170 pounds ... one bar left after about 13.5 km.
But ... unlike an electric bike a fellow isn't helping or assisting at all so it is what it is. Should get me to the beach and back this summer in Drive mode, which is about 12 km round trip.
Would I recommend? Yes. Would I buy again at this price point? Yes. So enjoy.

I will like to share my experience with DX5 escooter He’s a perfect scooter. I tried too many times is excellent guys. That’s my experience?
My Iscooter arrived quickly and with a YouTube video on assembly I had it all together in about 2 hours time. The only issue it had was a small indentation on the rear fender from an item no doubt placed upon it during packing and shipping. I plan on mounting a rear fender reflector over it to hide the small dent. Great acceleration, easily attains 35 mph on downhills it even exceeds 35 but the speedometer pegs out at the max speed of the gear you select. Comfortable ride for a small framed scooter. Definitely worth the price.

Best purchase we’ve made in a long time. We bought these shortly after we rented a couple to see if we’d like them. We go on all sorts of adventures with these! You will not be disappointed. Great for trailers and up hills!
Goes up to 60km/h in turbo mode dual wheel quickly. 4 speed settings governered at 15km, 30km, 45km and 60km. Out of package cruise control is turned on, hold the M button for 5 seconds and changing munu P01 and P02 from 01 to 00 turns it off. Travels off road on grass and trails without issue; can be a bit bumpy when ruff trails aren't exactly smooth. Single wheel mode the power is under control and is a lot safer take off compared to other high powered scooters. In dual wheel the power is intense and I like it.
Greatest weakness is the battery doesn't feel like it is as large as it is. My last 1000W max speed 39km scooter 12KG less weight has more battery life than this in reg mode (45km / h mode). Eco mode 30km \ h max I'm certain goes further but what fun is that :P.
