My son found this so I bought him it and he really loves it and it goes super fast

I’ve been using the iScooter i8 for my daily commute and I’m really impressed. It’s smooth, reliable, and makes getting around much easier. Best purchase we’ve made in a long time. We bought these shortly after we rented a couple to see if we’d like them. We go on all sorts of adventures with these! You will not be disappointed. Great for trailers and up hills!

Goes up to 60km/h in turbo mode dual wheel quickly. 4 speed settings governered at 15km, 30km, 45km and 60km. Out of package cruise control is turned on, hold the M button for 5 seconds and changing munu P01 and P02 from 01 to 00 turns it off. Travels off road on grass and trails without issue; can be a bit bumpy when ruff trails aren't exactly smooth. Single wheel mode the power is under control and is a lot safer take off compared to other high powered scooters. In dual wheel the power is intense and I like it.

Greatest weakness is the battery doesn't feel like it is as large as it is. My last 1000W max speed 39km scooter 12KG less weight has more battery life than this in reg mode (45km / h mode). Eco mode 30km \ h max I'm certain goes further but what fun is that :P.

Amazing scooter, very fast !

Purchased the ix3 scooter on the iscooter website about a month ago, and so far it has surpassed my expectations. Great price and well built. Lots of torque for a single motor,which I really wasn’t quite expecting, and the braking system is very good. Got a free helmet and phone holder, which was a bonus, and the scooter was on sale as well. My only complaint is that I wish the tires were tubeless. They should really equip all scooters with tubeless tires. Got a flat after a week, and although it was nice they sent an extra tube with it, changing it was a huge hassle because of course it was on the back wheel where the motor is. Totally sucked! Other than that it is a great product, but iscooter really needs to fix that tire issue. I almost sent it back, but I am mechanically inclined so I just sucked it up and changed it. Not everyone is mechanically inclined, so it is something they should improve on. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars, otherwise I highly recommend this scooter for its power and price. Great scooter.

I love my scooter, I bought it since I moved to Austin Tx and I wanted to make my commute into downtown easier and it’s perfect!

I got it for birthday and it is powerful with a lot of range, I live in a hilly neighborhood and drive it a lot, I’ve never had problems with it so far, also nice for off-roading!

I received my Ix7 Pro, which is the first ever electric scooter I have ever had. Assembly was easy, with just 6 bolts to remove to position the rear fender and then remount them to attach that rear wheel fender. I ran into an issue with the mounting bolts for the handle bars. Just 4 handlebar mounting bolts. Unfortunately it appears as though someone tried fastening the handle bar bolts before I received the product. One was broken in the hole already (oddly enough, the package of bolts contained 6. With 1 broken in the hole, I would've thought it would be 5 bolts in the bag).

I reached out to customer service to report the issue but intended to resolve it myself and drill out/retap the hole again to the 5M bolt size. I only reached out to ensure this didn't happen to someone else. I didn't want to return the scooter or recieve compensation of any kind. They freely offered me $90 for the cost of repair but I declined since I was doing the repair myself. They still went ahead and sent me an email stating they would be sending a couple U locks as a compensation to ensure I was happy with their service and product. That was completely unnecessary since I had no issue at all with either their kind service or their awesome product (and yes, the scooter is absolutely awesome!).

This is the kind of service that deserves recognition and certainly an honorable mention. They stand behind their products and do it with excellence in service and customer care. I have purchased 2 more Iscooters for my family and know that my family will have a blast and peice of mind knowing we can rely on both, the scooters from Iscooter and the customer service that won't accept "just satisfied " as enough, when it comes to their customers.

Picked up the IX7s because it hit all the check marks on my list. I've had it for a month and have over 500kmm on it. Ride great on the street or trails. Duel suspension is adjustable and can be tailored to 200lb+ rider. Range is pretty good at approximately 30kms real world riding not the controlled environment they test in. Overall a great scooter at a great price. The IX7s is a fun ride.
